This is the first time I have heard of omochaso, but a ton of cool macross toys were debuted, too bad these are not model kits though.

I still hold hope that we will get a model kit of this.

Nothing not really seen before, but the bases look cool.

Basara's YF-19, pretty cool.

I don't know why they gave the new Evangelion character such ugly glasses, nice looking otherwise.

Hobby Round [updated]

This weekend is Hobby Round, which I guess is a volks only event, but hey model news is good news.

First time I have seen this kit, looks great.

Bangdoll makes the leap from resin kit to injection kit. Doesn't seem to have lost any detail.

Pretty cool but would be better in gold than that yellow.

If Volks have thier way, we will never get enough Knight of Golds.

Shizuoka Hobby Show

I have not yet found many images from this event (waiting for HLJs image dump), but most of the stuff from this year shizuoka hobby show seems to be 1/144 scale which is pretty lame.

I am not sure if anyone out there actually likes the guntank other than as a joke suit, but now we have a MG version of the kit.

At least this time the tank treads look like what you would expect from a tank kit.

No interest in the 1/144 kits, but the base they are on looks awesome!

Finally getting a kit of the queadluun-rau Macross F upgrade.

Strangely enough, just this weekend I was thinking a queadluun-rau kit would be awesome and ordered a few of the bandai re-releases. I am glad we are getting the new rau, but honestly I think the beefier DYRL version looks better.
